Terms of Service

These terms govern mandaragrid accounts, data, paid plans, prohibited conduct, and related use of the service.

Effective date
August 17, 2026
Version
1.1

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the mandaragrid web app, desktop app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Blueprint Collective Inc (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and appropriately safeguard your authentication credentials. Unless an action results from circumstances attributable to the Operator, activity performed through an account will be treated as activity of that account’s user. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.

3. Your data and responsibilities

You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you enter, store, or share through the Service and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights. Free users’ 9x9 content and on-device images are generally stored on their device. Pro provides cloud sync, recovery, revision history, sharing, remote MCP, and related functions. You should maintain appropriate independent backups of important data.

4. Intellectual property

You retain rights in data you create. You grant the Operator the authority necessary to process that data solely to provide, synchronize, share, back up, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service. Rights in the Service itself belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holder.

5. Paid plans

Pricing, trial periods, renewal cycles, payment timing, cancellation, and refund terms are displayed at purchase and in the Commercial Disclosure. Unless you cancel during the free trial, your selected plan automatically renews for the selected billing cycle. After cancellation, Pro remains available through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partially used period except where required by law.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Violating law, committing crime, infringing third-party rights, or harassing others.
  • Unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, excessive load, or interference with operation of the Service.
  • Improperly obtaining, selling, or sharing credentials, sharing links, connection tokens, or similar access information.
  • Circumventing restrictions, unauthorized analysis, resale, or use to build a competing service.
  • Other conduct the Operator reasonably determines to be inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.

7. Restrictions and suspension

The Operator may restrict features, revoke connections, make data non-public, or suspend an account without prior notice where there is a breach of these Terms, nonpayment, a security risk, harm to a third party, or material disruption to operations. Where the matter is not urgent, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to cure when practicable.

8. Changes, interruption, and termination

The Operator may change, interrupt, or discontinue all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages, security response, changes to external services, legal compliance, or another reasonable cause. Except in emergencies, we will give reasonable advance notice where the effect on users is material.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or fitness for a particular purpose. If the Operator is liable for damages, liability is limited to ordinary and direct damages and will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, or where liability cannot be limited under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law.

10. Cancellation and post-termination handling

You may cancel a paid plan or make an account-related request through the specified procedure. After use ends, data, sharing links, connections, and records that must be retained by law are handled under the Privacy Policy and the procedure we provide.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may modify these Terms in accordance with applicable law after considering the necessity and reasonableness of the change and other relevant circumstances. We will give advance notice through the Service or another reasonable method of any change that materially affects users, including its content and effective date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
